Isaiah 33
The sixth and final woe is to Assyria. God is going to destroy Assyria. v. 2-9 is a prayer of the promised destruction of Assyria. God is seen as Judah's strength, salvation (v. 3). God is all-powerful (v. 3-4) and is exalted (v. 5) and is a sure foundation. In v. 10 Isaiah speaks of God exalting Himself whereas in verse 11, Assyria would be humbled because what they sow so shall they reap to destruction.
Verse 14-16 speak of the impending doom of the Assyrians. Verse 15 describes the type of person who walks with God.
In verse 17-24 Isaiah look to the end times where Jerusalem will be ruled by the Messiah. God's victory over the Assyrian is just a foretaste of what will happen when the nations would gather to destroy Jersualem.
Zion will be seen as a peaceful abode, a tent that would not be move nor its stakes pulled up. There would be no sickness in Zion and the sins of the people will be forgiven.

Psalm 50, with Commentaries verse by verse
Psalm 50.1-23
This psalm shows God as the Mighty One, the Lord. It describes how mighty and awesome He is. According to Wiersbe in With the Word Commentary, the psalm describes a courtroom, where God is the judge and he brings indictment against insincere worshipers (v. 1-15) and hypocritical worshipers (16-22). Let us seek God in true worship.
